Traveling outside Atlanta? We love it! Events beyond each package's included radius are subject to a travel fee of $1.25 per mile (round trip). Always disclosed upfront in your custom quote — no surprises.

Custom Laser Signage

Personalized laser-engraved sign with your name, date, or logo. Handcrafted in-house — a one-of-a-kind keepsake.
Floral Cart Styling

Fresh or dried florals added to your cart setup for an elevated, editorial look that photographs beautifully.
Second Host
+ $150
An extra Casa Santina team member for larger events (100+ guests) or dual-cart setups that need two pairs of hands.
Rush Booking
+ $100
For bookings made within 7 days of the event date. Subject to availability — reach out and we'll do our best!

Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit secures your date. Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Food & Spirits

Casa Santina does not supply or sell food or alcohol. All consumables are provided by the client, venue, or their licensed caterer.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Full refund for cancellations 30+ days out. Deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of the event. Rescheduling is welcome with a minimum of 2 weeks notice — subject to availability.
